For years, Brittany Male has been delivering treat boxes to her neighbors and bringing cookies into her 9-5 job. Her coworkers probably didn’t mean for their jokes of “When are you going to open a bakery?” to be taken seriously … but by the end of 2025, Casually Cookie Co. was born.

Brittany has a lot of passions – creativity, community, environmentalism, sustainability, and the list goes on. At Casually Cookie Co., we try our best for our products to represent everything we believe in, from using fair-trade chocolate chips and certified B-corporation flour to accessible prices and single-use-plastic-free production.
